By using FeeCreator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FeeCreator is an informational tool, not a legal service.
Data and output limitations
Outputs are generated from user-submitted content and AI processing. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You must independently verify all outputs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools or scraping
- attempt to reverse engineer or extract system behaviour
- interfere with or disrupt the service
- submit unlawful or harmful content
- circumvent safeguards
We may restrict access for violations.
Your responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to submit all content;
- your submissions do not contain confidential or privileged information unless anonymised;
- your use does not breach any obligation to any third party or professional body;
- you will not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content;
- you will not attempt to manipulate or extract system behaviour or prompts.
Breach may result in immediate termination.
Intellectual property
FeeCreator's systems, prompts, and methodologies are proprietary.
You may use outputs for personal use only. You must not:
- train competing systems
- build competing tools
- commercialise or redistribute outputs
- systematically extract outputs
Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or submitted content.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
General
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
